Below is the final list of International Seed Catalogs for 2011 with links to the sites, that I have compiled with your input and help. It's subdivided by country, in no particular order. Some of these catalogs don't ship abroad because of customs restrictions on importing seeds, but the aim of this list is to be a useful reference tool for gardeners around the world, primarily to find good and reliable seed supplies in their own area.
If you have more recommendations, please leave them in the comments, and I'll include them in the 2012 edition of this list.
Thank you very much again!

I have used westcoastseeds.com in British Columbia, Canada this year. They're fairly local to me and have a big selection, some stuff is heritage, there is a blog and they hold classes.
thanks
This is an amazing and very helpful list Francesca, thank you.

I also recommend westcoastseeds.com - they offer a large variety of open pollinated and organic seeds. The staff are very helpful whether by email, phone, or in person. The favorites/recommended book section changes and usually has good titles.
I'm a big fan of Nichols Garden Nursery in Oregon. They have a nice selection of OP and F1 seeds, lots of interesting tubers, bulbs and cuttings (jerusalem artichokes, yacon, oca, hops, saffron crocus), their prices are great and I have had awesome germination rates with their seeds.
